Future is Now

In a millennium our time will be remembered as the time when we first moved away from Earth and looked at it from beyond the last of the planets, like a pale blue dot almost lost in an immense sea of stars.

In a millennium our time will be remembered as the time when we first moved away from Earth and looked at it from beyond the last of the planets, like a pale blue dot almost lost in an immense sea of stars.

Looking at us, trying to make sense of the reality we have become. And now, we have decided to travel back in time and review the essence of the human soul in the age of the Anthropocene. Time capsule, of life on Earth, of what it means to be alive in these extraordinary, turbulent and uncertain times.

This film is part of the revolution of the information age in which we live. It is made from the only materials: a computer connected to the internet and the ambition to reflect the world, its image, its poetry and its beauty. A writer only has as tools the letters of the alphabet and a blank page or a screen on which to write and from there invent or describe the world.

Just as the camera alone does not make the image, but the creator. Perhaps the pencil only writes history. The camera is the pencil. A tool of human intellect. A machine of time.

Through found footage and its poetic articulation as collage, with the help of sound or music, a film can be created.

To make a movie you need a dream like an eye in the heart of a poet. A poem cannot be explained, felt or understood, but it goes beyond conscious words.

All the poems are the work of the same author and form something like poetry and the image of the world. All the centuries happen now. Live the present, the future is now.
